Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Referral Coordinator based in Miami Lakes, FL. The Referral Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient referrals, ensuring timely insurance verifications, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with patients, insurance companies, and other medical professionals. Additional duties include responding to phone inquiries, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Verification and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail
• Familiarity with medical software systems and electronic health records is beneficial
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is advantageous
