Production Manager-Assembley

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assembly Production Manager(bilingual-Korean) to lead our manufacturing operations and drive excellence across all production activities. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain production budgets, resource allocation plans, and capacity planning models to support long-term growth objectives.
• Foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting regular safety audits, and promoting a safety-first culture.

Skills

• Preferred experience of 2-5 years of automotive manufacturing
• Extensive experience in production management within manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of plant operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software; MRP (Material Requirements Planning) experience is essential.
• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, process improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, and process optimization.
• Expertise in supply chain management including logistics coordination, supply chain analytics, procurement strategies, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments such as quality control and operations management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets for process enhancement opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity for strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.
