Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and facility spaces. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as required.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments promptly.
• Utilize various cleaning equipment and products effectively for floor care, industrial cleaning tasks, and custodial responsibilities.
• Support housekeeping management in inventory control and documentation of cleaning activities.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet shampooing, waxing, and polishing.
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring high-quality cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
