Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our software and other data entry tools
- Process transactions such as cash handling and credit cards when necessary
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy while adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are maintained at all times
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer support or call center environments is a plus
- Ability to perform record keeping (data entry) accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette with outbound calling experience preferred
- Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Ability to handle cash transactions when required
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
