We are a fast-growing men's health clinic looking for a Front Desk / Clinic Manager who takes pride in their work, provides outstanding service, and wants to grow with our team long-term.

Position Overview

The Front Desk / Clinic Manager is the face of our clinic — welcoming patients, managing appointments and payments, and keeping operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our clinical team to ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This position will start at three days per week, with the opportunity to move to full-time within six months based on performance and clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development - manage new leads and book patient appointments
  • Marketing - develop a strong pipeline of new qualified patients through ground marketing, social media, SEO, and radio
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage scheduling, payments, and patient communications
  • Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and stocked
  • Support daily administrative tasks and patient record updates
  • Assist with basic clinical or office support as needed
  • Post to social media (Facebook and Instagram) at least twice weekly
  • Maintain excellent communication and service standards across all channels
