NEP Services is a technology-driven company specializing in membership management, CRM solutions, and web application development. We partner with organizations to build custom websites and onboard them onto Connect Plus+, our proprietary membership management application. Our goal is to provide seamless, high-quality client experiences, ensuring organizations successfully transition into our ecosystem.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an Entry-Level Customer Success Manager who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about helping clients succeed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, problem-solving, and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences. While prior industry experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Onboarding & Success Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients joining NEP Services for website development and onboarding to Connect Plus+.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use their custom website and membership management system.
  • Develop and maintain training resources, FAQs, and user guides to support clients.

Software & Web Application Support

  • Help clients navigate their custom-built websites and Connect Plus+ platform.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to test software features and provide feedback for improvements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with NEP Services.
  • Monitor client engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to clients on best practices.

Task & Email Management

  • Manage client requests and communications using HubSpot, , and task management software.
  • Track client interactions, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and customer success processes.
  • Provide client insights to leadership and contribute to service enhancements.
  • Suggest workflow optimizations to improve efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Industry experience preferred, but open to motivated candidates eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and guide clients through onboarding.
  • Experience or familiarity with HubSpot, , task management, and email tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
