They can prove this by demonstrating how they have used influence to recruit for their previous companies. They possess a strong desire to have a position where they can lead and influence others.

They are natural leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and team-building. They possess a track record of relationships. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan.

Preferably, they have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience. They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make the right business decisions.

We are seeking an exceptional leader with proven success in leadership roles across business, career, and personal endeavors. This individual should be a proactive, influential, and people-oriented professional with a track record of excellence and an ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Lead by example as a servant leader to create a supportive environment.
  • Recruit at least 10 new real estate agents monthly.
  • Drive profitability through leadership, agent productivity, and people development.
  • Manage daily operations of the brokerage, ensuring adherence to the brokerage's vision and objectives.
  • Coach and consult the top 20% of agents to improve productivity and retention.
  • Oversee training programs for new and experienced agents.
  • Maintain and expand the company's market presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Operating Principal on recruitment and retention strategies.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Work with the Operating Principal to recruit new talent
  • Help share the Market Center's value story
  • Work with the Operating Principal to coach existing associates
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Assist or lead sales and business meetings
  • Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to compete successfully in the market
  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
  • Share Market Center value with recruits
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
  • Assist in leading sales and business meetings
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to compete successfully
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates

Communications/Interactions

  • Staff – To set goals, and plans, work on projects and tasks – daily
  • Sales Associates – Set goals, plans, train, and develop careers – daily
  • Operating Principal – To coordinate efforts – weekly
  • Prospective Sales Associates – To join the company – weekly
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – When problems arise – weekly
  • Owner – Set branch goals and plans, monitor progress – monthly
  • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the company – daily/weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
