Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout service

• Ensure kitchenware and service ware are properly restocked in their designated locations

• Assist with general kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and equipment maintenance

• Support the culinary team with basic prep work when needed

• Uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations

• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting preferred, but not required

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

• Willingness to learn and assist with basic prep tasks is a plus

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

• Attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time

• Punctual, trustworthy, and takes pride in their role

• Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
