- Caseloads are capped at 25 billable hours to protect your time, quality of care, and mental health

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 to $115,000 dollars per year (full-time)

What You Will Do as a BCBA
You will play a central role in shaping each child's individualized treatment plan and guiding the team who implements it. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and skills assessments
- Utilizing tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland 3
- Designing individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Training and supervising ABA technicians and RBTs
- Providing modeling, instruction, and ongoing oversight of treatment fidelity
- Training parents and caregivers in ABA-based strategies
- Analyzing and graphing data, adjusting strategies as needed, and preparing progress summaries
What We Look For
- BCBA certification
- Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities
- Ability to conduct FBAs and write effective behavior support plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for community-based work
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, collaborative mindset
