We're passionate about delivering an exceptional cannabis retail experience. As Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining store operational standards of excellence regarding product quality and readiness, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Core Duties –

· Receive, verify, and log incoming cannabis products from vendors.

· Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with state regulations.

· Maintain accurate inventory records in Dutchie POS and METRC.

· Organize and store products securely following proper handling and storage protocols.

· Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.

· Ensure all products are properly labeled and tracked according to state and local regulations.

· Complete and maintain required compliance documentation for all inventory movements.

· Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or compliance issues promptly

· Pre-pack cannabis flower, concentrates, and edibles according to SOPs.

· Weigh, label, and package products accurately for retail sale.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all preparation areas.

· Assist with restocking the sales floor and fulfilling online/in-store orders.

· Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely product availability.

· Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to maintain freshness and compliance.

· Follow all security protocols for handling and storing cannabis products.

· Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.

· Report any theft, loss, or suspicious activity immediately

· Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding inventory needs and issues.

· Support training of new inventory staff on compliance and operational procedures.

Qualifications –

· Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or hospitality experience preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure.

· Basic math and cash-handling skills.

· Familiarity with cannabis products and regulations (training provided).

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
