Position: Sales Associate – Part-time

With strong passion and performance, you may be fast-tracked to a Sales Supervisor position, or more (full-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchases to drive overall sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a consistently positive, approachable, and professional attitude
• Treat all customers with warmth and respect, and build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
• Maintain clean and visually appealing product displays in line with brand merchandising standards
• Perform daily store upkeep, including cleaning, organizing fitting rooms, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Receive and inspect incoming product shipments, ensure accuracy and quality, and prepare items for sale
• Manage stock movement including restocking, inventory checks, and backroom organization
• Accurately process all POS transactions including sales, exchanges, and returns
• Follow store opening and closing procedures, including sales reconciliation and securing the store
• Physically able to lift and move inventory boxes weighing up to 90 lbs
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets
• Stay informed on current product lines, promotions, and company policies to better serve customers

Who You Are

• Have a strong interest in fashion, style, and current trends
• Naturally friendly, service-oriented, and enjoy engaging with all kinds of people
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal
• Have at least 1 year of experience in retail or sales, ideally in fashion or beauty (required)
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based retail environment
• Are proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Bonus: You're active on Instagram or TikTok, and love sharing style or product inspiration

Trial Period

All shortlisted candidates will participate in a 5-day paid trial period, designed to help both you and our team get a sense of fit. You'll join day-to-day operations, interact with customers, and experience our workflow and culture firsthand.
