We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a deep appreciation for the art of cooking. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes that meet our restaurant's standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure timely meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Monitor food quality during cooking to ensure proper taste, texture, and presentation.
• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
