Bartender/Mixologist

.Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of beverages. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and visually appealing cocktails based on customer preferences
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage trends
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials
- Understanding of basic math for measuring ingredients accurately
- Certification in food handling or willingness to obtain one
- Passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests

Hourly ranges from $4.50 + tips (Friday PM - Sunday AM) and $8 / hr + tips (Sunday PM - Thursday PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.50 - $8.00 per hour
