Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through close-out, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing commercial projects ranging from $5M to $50M.

This is an in office position with occasional travel for site visits/ client meetings.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning and execution of commercial construction projects (ground-up retail, grocery, TI, etc.)
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure timely project delivery
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
• Partner closely with field superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Maintain clear communication with ownership and clients throughout the project

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing ground-up/ new construction builds for grocery stores/ Supermarket clients preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar project-management platforms
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, codes, and processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $95,000–$125,000 (BOE)
