Your Role:

• Manage a dynamic caseload of personal injury litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend and lead court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution
• Stay on top of the latest in PI law and case law trends
• Conduct jury and bench trials when needed
• Be a legal strategist and client advocate every step of the way

What You Bring to the Table:

• A J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 1+ years of solid Personal Injury litigation experience
• Strong deposition and trial experience
• Excellent legal research and writing chops (Westlaw proficiency a plus)
• Killer negotiation skills and courtroom presence
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
• Hunger to win and grow within the firm
