Lisette Home Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Our ideal candidate will fill the position of Certified Nursing Assistant for our Aston, PA home care office. This office provides best in class care to our clients throughout Delaware county.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant CNA your day may look like this
- Motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult clients and conduct comprehensive assessments in Aston, Boothwyn and other surrounding areas.
- Oversee the execution of care plans.
- Work with HHA's in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Participate in the training of and in-services for field staff.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) with 2 or more years of experience as an CNA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a home care setting
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in medication administration and basic life support techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a home care environment
- Experience in providing patient care in a home care or similar setting is preferred
