Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Superintendent to join our team on-site at one of our many Northern California job sites location. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment logistics, and maintaining compliance with project specifications. The Superintendent will also provide clear communication between all project stakeholders and monitor project progress to resolve any issues in real time.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Skills in project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Technical expertise in interpreting blueprints, plans, and construction documents
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Experience in hands-on construction processes is highly desirable
• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience desired
• Ability to work on-site and travel periodically as required
