Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilites

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule and manage appointments with spa software
• Check clients in and out for appointments
• Assist with office management tasks such as organizing and maintaining inventory
• Maintain a professional front desk environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Assist with cleaning spa laundry,
• Keep spa clean- floors, dusting, garbage, bathrooms etc...
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and visitors
• Strong communication skills
• Offering upsells and encouraging rebooking at check-out
• Great problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Prior receptionist and customer service is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficient in using computers, tablets, and other smart devices
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
• 16 years or older
• Have reliable transportation

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
