HVAC Helper/Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including ammonia refrigeration and air conditioning. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in reading schematics and executing field service tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions.
• Weld components as necessary during installation or repair processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning units and property maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
• Proficient in equipment repair and field service operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
