What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at company-provided, pre-set appointments (no cold calling or door knocking).
• Learn how to identify basement, foundation, and concrete issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build rapport, educate customers, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Follow a proven sales system with support from management and training staff.
• Grow your skills and income as your confidence and experience increase.

What We're Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn a new industry.
• Comfort working independently and managing your schedule.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required- we will train the right person.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to appointments.
