Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position requires excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in multiple languages, to cater to our diverse clientele.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the guest's stay, fostering positive guest relations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with guests.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and capable of managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
