Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional housekeeping services throughout the facility, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Clean resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices, using safe, approved cleaning products.
• Disinfect and sanitize frequently touched surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for our residents.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment used within the facility.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team members to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Assist in ensuring that resident rooms are tidy, organized, and comfortable.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
• A genuine concern for the well-being of residents
