Shift Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to new team members
- Monitor food production and ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
