Bilingual Project Coordinator

Orion Environmental, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Project Coordinator to help us grow our workforce in the Denver CO area. Project Coordinators are responsible for overseeing employee management and operational efforts of the office. This Project Coordinator position is a great career opportunity to join an established and growing company and as such requires candidates who are success-driven. Candidate must be comfortable working with customers and field employees.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Track and manage action items, task status, and client status
  • Prepares agendas, documents, and distributes action items
  • Maintain and update project plans and schedules, assist with resource allocation/forecasting
  • Communicate professionally with customers and employees
  • Update schedule for team coordination
  • Work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Update Project and Operations Managers and other team members of progress on tasks
  • Managing staff training and health records
  • Manage and organize office records
  • Organizing and filing personnel records
  • Track employee certifications
  • Project closeouts
  • Travel coordination
  • Other duties as assigned

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training/Certifications
  • Track certifications for 100+ employees (4 to 6 trainings per employee)
  • Schedule appointments with vendors and inform employees of respective appointments.
  • Organize and upload training certifications to FieldFlo database and company server
  • State/CDPHE Permits & Modifications
  • Review permit applications and modifications as submitted by team members
  • Submit permit & mods to State and keep track of any action items
  • Distribute approved permits to field, FieldFlo database and company server
  • Projects:
  • Setup, create and print Job Specific Books with all required field forms.
  • OSHA Labs and Courier Service
  • Complete Job Closeouts and forward Customer Closeout Reports
  • Bilingual Liaison between Management and Limited-English Employees
  • Verbal and written bilingual communication
  • Assist employees with completing forms (security badges, trainings, etc.)
  • Transportation/DOT (New Software in Process)
  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Update Vehicle Report as needed
  • Update Driver Information and required DOT Documentation
  • Keep track of Registrations and Insurance for each vehicle.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (Strongly Preferred)
  • Computer Savvy (Microsoft Office, Adobe)
  • Requires excellent multi-tasking and prioritize to meet daily deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven culture
  • Team first mentality and personable
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective employee relations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, process-driven and able to organize people and activities
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, while assisting internal teams to the successful delivery of all projects
  • Excellent creative, verbal and written communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience as a full-time Project Coordinator or Manager
  • Experience coordinating or managing products
  • Environmental and Demolition, or Construction/Engineering industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
