Property Manager

Location: 301 Hudson St, El Dorado, AR 71730

Salary: $3000 per month

Work Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Need to be bilingual : Spanish and English.

Oversight of all aspects of property management, including leasing, customer service, and maintenance.

Cultivation and maintenance of positive tenant relationships to ensure their needs are promptly and professionally met.

Marketing of available properties to attract potential tenants and conduct property tours.

Screening of potential tenants, collection of rental applications, and performance of background checks.

Preparation of lease agreements and meticulous completion of all required documentation.

Coordination of move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit returns.

Prompt and effective response to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Management of property maintenance, including repair scheduling, vendor coordination, and quality assurance.

Regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure lease agreement compliance.

Monitoring of rental payments and initiation of collections when necessary.

Maintenance of accurate records of all property-related activities.

Experience:

Preference for previous experience in property management or a related field.

Demonstrated strong customer service skills and ability to build positive tenant relationships.

Knowledge of property leasing processes and adherence to industry best practices.

Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and facility management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in utilizing property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms.

Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing rental properties.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
