Responsibilities

• Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that arise.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized effectively.
• Implement retail sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment that promotes a positive experience for clients.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and encourage collaboration.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding promotions and inventory management.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement among staff members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of salon or spa management experience
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage and delegate within a large team
• Background in retail sales with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
• Experience in training development to enhance team capabilities.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Knowledge of retail math principles to analyze performance metrics accurately.
