Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
General Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations at our granite and marble fabrication facility located in
Kea'au, Big Island, Hawai'i
. This role manages production scheduling, quality control, shop personnel, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead teams, optimize workflow, and maintain exceptional craftsmanship standards.

Primary Responsibilities
Production & Scheduling

• Oversee daily fabrication operations on the shop floor.
• Create, manage, and adjust production schedules to meet installation deadlines.
• Ensure all jobs flow through the shop efficiently and on time.

Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish quality.
• Review completed work to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures.

Team & Personnel Management

• Supervise all shop employees, including attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure proper staffing and support training or skill development as needed.
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

Customer Interaction

• Coordinate job scheduling and communicate clearly with clients.
• Set and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support customer service and issue resolution as needed.

Materials & Inventory

• Manage materials for upcoming jobs, ensuring availability and timely ordering.
• Monitor inventory levels and fabrication resources.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and tracking of stone materials.

• Starting at $105,000+ annually, depending on experience
