Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Outreach Coordinator to lead community engagement initiatives and expand our organization's impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in program development, and a passion for public health and social work. This role involves managing volunteer programs, fostering relationships with community partners to promote our mission effectively. You will also do presentations recruiting kids & volunteers as well as coordinate events and community service outside on behalf of our organization for the community. Overtime available hours are 10am to 3pm Mondays, Wendsdays & Saturdays.

Duties

• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure effective program delivery
• Coordinate public speaking engagements, events,
• Oversee program development, ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals and community needs
• Lead project management efforts for outreach campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation
• Utilize marketing skills to promote events and programs through social media management and other channels
• Collect and analyze data related to outreach activities to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Manage social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement with target audiences .

Pay: $300.00 per week
