We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team The Bartender is essential to our dining experience, providing high-quality beverage service that enhances guest satisfaction. This role requires expertise in drink preparation, inventory management, and excellent customer interaction skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guests' expectations, proactively anticipating their needs.
- Welcome guests with a genuine and warm smile, creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage bar inventory, maintaining security over stock and accurately reconciling the bar cash drawer.
- Perform meticulous cleaning and sanitizing of glassware and other bar equipment.
- Recognize signs of intoxication in guests, responsibly manage service, and consult management as necessary.
- Record all orders precisely, handle transactions, and ensure all sales are accounted for according to restaurant policies.
- Answer guest questions about the menu and current promotions knowledgeably, applying effective sales techniques.
- Adhere to all service protocols, including special dietary needs and food allergy precautions.
