Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in New Orleans, LA. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and develop team members, and ensure sales performance meets organizational goals. Responsibilities include customer relations, loan processing, monitoring compliance with company policies, and managing budgets and financial performance. The Branch Manager will play a key role in driving excellent customer service and achieving business growth.

• Experience in customer service, relationship building, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in financial services, loan processing, and credit administration
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach the team
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the finance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous branch management experience is a plus
