Position Overview:
- We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Webber Recreational Design, Inc. This_ in-office position_ is critical to the smooth functioning of our sales operations. You will be responsible for organizing lead intake, assisting sales representatives, and coordinating key logistics with both customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives on creating systems, managing moving parts, and enabling others to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales Support:
- Build and maintain a basic lead tracking and distribution system using spreadsheets or similar tools.
- Organize leads by region, project type, and priority to ensure timely handoffs to sales reps.
- Follow up with incoming leads to qualify and fill in missing information before assignment.
- Maintain communication between inside sales, field reps, and customers.
Administrative Support:
- Assist sales reps with order entry, document prep, quote creation, and scheduling.
- Update Trello project boards to reflect sales and installation progress.
- Monitor project timelines and support internal communication among departments.
Customer & Installer Coordination:
- Gather information from customers regarding small parts orders and communicate updates clearly.
- Work with installers to ensure correct parts are ordered, delivered, and scheduled appropriately.
- Track shipments, relay delivery timelines, and resolve coordination issues proactively.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years experience in administrative support, customer service, or inside sales.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, email, and other digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in construction, recreation, or logistics industries is a plus.
