Job Title: Project Coordinator

The role requires an energetic and collaborative approach to design build and the proven ability to solve problems independently. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant manner, strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced individual responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned projects to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 2 - 4 years of demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture, including substantial and varied experience in project planning.
• Proficiency in completing construction documents, detail oriented with knowledge of building codes is desired.
• Flexibility in working on multiple projects in different disciplines daily.
• Fluent in AutoCAD & Revit, with Sketch-up, Photoshop and Microsoft projects
• Construction industry experience
• Administration of projects requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and exhibit capacity to organize and manage time effectively.
• Participate in Team oriented project delivery progress where each project will be developed from conceptualization through permitting and construction.
• Create and coordinate architectural floor plans, elevations, sections and details for various projects.
• Self-driven, professional, high energy and receptive to learning on the job
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Self-confident, tenacious while maintaining positive working relationships with clients and outside consultants
• Ability to adapt to a small office environment
