HVAC/R Install & Changeout Job Leader Foreman

Our HVAC and refrigeration install job leader coordinates the installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. We are searching for individuals well-versed in customer service that have the ability to provide our customers great quality and service by installing equipment in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Duties:

• Installs heating, air conditioning, and related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Recommends, develops, or performs feedback to company management of installation practices and new policies trade technology advances
• Supervises employee(s) working on project
• Responsible for all aspects of installation or changeout of project: layout, materials, labor
• Perform system start up and commissions systems to verify proper manufacture compliance to ensure long equipment life
• Adjusts system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system; adjusts equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Operates company vehicle; maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.

• Excellent customer service and time management
• Knowledge of company practices, procedures, machines, and equipment.
• Ability to interface professionally with customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Trade School degree or certificate preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 Year of experience in HVAC/R installation & service
• EPA Certification
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
