What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to support a Supply Chain optimization project pilot.
  • Build and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate project goals, impacts, timelines, and expectations to all affected stakeholder groups.
  • Assess and measure change impacts, identifying stakeholder needs, risks, and readiness levels.
  • Design and implement change governance, including decision frameworks, escalation paths, and adoption success measures.
  • Partner closely with the two Slalom consultants on the Digital Strategy & Experience team to align change management activities with overall project delivery.
  • Create training plans, materials, and job aids that support new process and system adoption.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and feedback loops to improve understanding and adoption.
  • Track, report, and communicate adoption metrics, resistance points, and change progress to project leadership.
  • Ensure change activities are integrated with project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Support end‑user transition planning, including communications, training readiness, and go‑live preparation.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience designing and executing change management plans for technology, process, or operational transformations.
  • Strong communication planning skills, including drafting clear messaging, stakeholder updates, and leadership communications.
  • Ability to design, coordinate, and deliver training strategies, materials, and reinforcement tools.
  • Experience assessing and documenting change impact, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks.
  • Ability to build or contribute to change governance structures (roles, processes, decisioning, escalation, and success tracking).
  • Knowledge of organizational change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams, including business and technical partners.
  • Ability to influence all levels of an organization with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive‑ready messaging.
