Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Construction Project Manager
to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships within marine or heavy civil construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned construction projects
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and change orders
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues
  • Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and permitting agencies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and closeout packages

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of construction management experience (marine or heavy civil strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects from pre-construction to closeout
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital plan review tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across Florida
