Night Custodian

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring that our premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, and general custodial duties. This position works Monday-Friday from 5pm-10pm. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Handle custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during all custodial activities to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document completed tasks and report any issues or repairs needed to management promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles preferred; experience with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time
