Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Daycare Pediatrics

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, No Weekends

About the Position

We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for our daycare. This role offers a supportive environment, manageable caseload, and a consistent weekday schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: 90,000 annually for full-time (W2)
• Bonus opportunities: Up to 6,000 in Year 1 and 3,000 in Year 2
• QSEHRA health reimbursement: Up to 6,000 per year
• PTO: 7 days in Year 1, 10 days in Year 2 and beyond
• 5 paid sick days and paid holidays
• Paid birthday day off
• ASHA dues covered and up to 500 CEU reimbursement
• All therapy supplies, billing, and scheduling support provided
• No evenings, weekends, or travel

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour day with 30 minutes of paid administrative time and a 30 minute lunch break
• Up to 7 treatment hours daily
• Average of 5 to 6 completed sessions per day

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Maintain approximately 1,080 billable hours per year

Requirements

• Valid state licensure
• Completion of background check
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
