Entry-level Production Team Members will be cross-trained in order to assist with the preparation of the forms for product removal; cleaning and resetting form components as designed; and pouring, consolidating and finishing of the concrete.

All Production employees must be able to:

• Work OT;
• Move/lift 50 lbs.;
• Walk, stand, bend and twist constantly;
• Accurately and consistently read a tape measure;
• Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others;
• Read, write, and speak effectively in English;
• Report to work on time every day. Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST

Experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required. Previous history using hand and power tools and/or forklift operation is helpful.

Weaver Superior Walls, LLC is a safety oriented and drug free workplace . This is a safety sensitive position involving the use of power tools and heavy equipment. Pay rate is $18 per hour or more to start Day Shift, Night Shift and options for part-time work are available. Night Shift work hours include an additional $1 per hour.
