The Children’s SPOT is a *therapist-owned, multidisciplinary pediatric practice* seeking a *full-time Occupational Therapist* to join our collaborative team. This position offers a *base salary for income consistency*, with the *opportunity to earn bonus compensation*, allowing clinicians to maintain stability while being rewarded for additional productivity.
*Position Overview*
The Occupational Therapist will provide pediatric OT services across *private school and clinic settings*, working closely with ABA, Speech, and clinical leadership to support individualized, high-quality care.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in clinic and school settings

* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
*Qualifications*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Maryland
* Pediatric experience preferred (clinic or school-based)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
