*Job Overview*
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in young patients, helping them achieve their fullest potential. We also offer opportunities to work in our feeding clinic, well as AAC programming, and aquatic therapy. Your expertise will contribute to early intervention efforts and improve the quality of life for children with diverse needs.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct patient assessments to identify speech, language, communication and feeding challenges in pediatric clients
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each child's specific needs and goals
* Provide engaging speech therapy sessions that promote progress in areas such as articulation, language development, voice, fluency, feeding, and social communication
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support at home and school
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy approaches as needed for optimal outcomes
* Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinical standards
*Requirements*
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or equivalent credential
* Prior school experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is highly preferred however CFs welcome to apply
* Passion for working with children with diverse developmental needs in a compassionate manner
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
