SPARC Health is a growing pediatric therapy practice serving children and families across the Eastside. We provide occupational and speech therapy in a clinic-based setting and are committed to building a workplace that is supportive, transparent, and sustainable for clinicians.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a *pediatric Occupational Therapist* to join our team. This role is well suited for an OT who values predictable pay, clear expectations, and flexibility that is actually honored in practice. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates and are happy to discuss schedules that align with family and childcare needs.
This is an outpatient pediatric role with a consistent clinic schedule. Most clinicians begin with 2–3 days per week, with the option to increase days over time if desired. School-hour-friendly schedules are available, and start and end times can be discussed. We aim to create schedules that are stable and realistic, not constantly changing.
A key feature of this position is *pay stability*. At SPARC Health, clinicians are paid for *all scheduled clinic hours*, including time affected by cancellations. This is not a per-visit or productivity-based pay model. If you are scheduled to be in the clinic, you are paid. We also provide guaranteed hours for each scheduled day, along with paid onboarding, training, and documentation time.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
* Complete documentation in a timely and supported manner
* Participate in onboarding, training, and periodic team meetings
* Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment

Qualifications
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State or in the process of obtaining licensure
* Pediatric experience preferred but not required
* New graduates welcome with a strong interest in pediatrics
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay: $51.33 - $65.27 per hour
