Manage and grow an assigned book of customer accounts Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted partner Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Accurately process customer orders and handle inquiries Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service Participate in trade shows, including setup and teardown What You Bring
3+ years of experience in sales or account management Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability and willingness to learn new software (ERP training provided) Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn What We Offer
