Person Specification Experience in a Motion Designer role or equivalent Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects Experienced Mac-based Creative Solid working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Good understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling Experience creating motion for brand and marketing campaigns Strong organisational skills and ability to work to briefs and timelines Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly Brand & Marketing Focus Experience working within established brand guidelines Understanding of how motion supports brand recognition and campaign performance Ability to adapt creative for different platforms (especially social and digital) Awareness of marketing objectives such as engagement, reach, and conversion Supporting creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution. Highly organised and methodical approach to workload Confidential and diplomatic Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Right to Work in the UK Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender Knowledge of social‑first video formats and platform best practice Experience producing motion for paid social or digital advertising Basic understanding of sound design and music syncing About The Club
