About You We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
Extensive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects as well as oversight of multiple projects
Deep practical knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework - experience mapping existing IT controls to NIST sub-categories and closing identified gaps
Experience delivering enterprise-wide IT programmes (e.g., identity management overhauls, network segmentation, or EDR deployments) specifically designed to meet compliance or regulatory requirements
Familiarity with related standards such as ISO 27001 or SOC2 is highly desirable, with the ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable IT projects
Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specific NIST CSF Practitioner training
Proven expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall), with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM) highly desirable
Strong understanding of the IT service lifecycle and experience collaborating with Solution Architecture, Product Management, and Service Operations teams
Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex dependencies
Experience with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project)
