The Senior Financial Analyst will provide relevant financial analytics to group management and support the financial reporting process. Primary responsibilities include support in the development and analysis of the annual budget, forecasting, business decision / performance analysis, and corporate compliance reporting responsibilities. The incumbent will manage and monitor business unit (BU) level data flow & internal controls to ensure reporting integrity, safeguarding of company assets and mitigation of key business risks.

• Interact with both site level finance personnel and cross function teams to ensure data integrity of transactions across the BU
• Manage all transactions within Medius system and become interface with SSC team
• Review and ensure all financial activities adhere to compliance policies
• Support the full AdforsNA BU and impacts the financial reporting utilized to drive business initiatives along with corporate consolidated reporting
• Act as a strategic business partner for the group
• Minimal travel is required and standard working hours apply

This position will be a hybrid role based out of one of the following locations:

• Albion, NY
• Amherst, NY
• Dublin, GA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting related fields required
• Minimum of 3-4 years of related business experience or 5-6 years without an advanced degree
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related business experience in a manufacturing environment
• Cost accounting, Budgeting, Product Profitability, Financial modeling experience preferred

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,450 to $135,850. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
