Full-time employee clinical hours: 9 AM - 4:30 PM M-Fr with telehealth/remote opportunities per week. Balanced case loads (6-8 kids/25 billable hours a week) per BCBA. Custom caseloads for part time and remote (Georgia based) BCBAs available as W2 employee and 1099 positions. Telehealth days provide remote flexibility.

We are excited to be able to offer the unique opportunity of a clinic-based BCBA with remote telehealth opportunities in your work week This blended hybrid position balances the clinical advantages of a traditional clinic based position with the flexibility of a remote telehealth BCBA. Work from home and work remote opportunities are available, in addition to in-clinic support, resources, and services. As a hybrid clinician, you benefit from on-site care and services, and flexibility to work some remote opportunities.

Hybrid full-time BCBA benefits include:

  • Eligibility to receive a sign on bonus ($10,000 paid out over two years) and incentive bonuses on top of protected full-time base salary. Merit based leadership and growth potential available.
  • Relocation reimbursement available for candidates considering full-time positions at either Atlanta area clinic.

Hybrid remote BCBA job expectations:

  • Implementing an appropriate assessment tool based on client's needs or insurance requirements prior to the individual deadlines
  • A caseload of approximately 6-8 kids is to be maintained based on number of full and part time clients
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Perform 1:1 and group meetings with staff to keep them informed and goal oriented
  • Updating and maintaining appropriate programming for clients
  • Provide parent training, resources and guidance to ensure the quality of care.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Review clinical documentation and data collection; provide feedback as needed.
  • Optional opportunities for home-based services and telehealth opportunities

As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday.

HHTS is a multi-disciplinary practice with a collaborative environment. We empower each other, our families, and every child through our work ethic and core values each and every day. Our BCBAs are leaders, working with a team of RBTs and among therapists to provide extraordinary service. Dedicated weekly opportunities to meet with colleagues and discuss clients, cases, and support. Multi-disciplinary collaboration is built into services through shared treatment spaces, natural environment opportunities, engaging gyms and treatment areas on site, and peer support. A growing home-based program provides additional levels of engagement, environmental support, and goal-based sessions.

Each clinic has a full-time on-site team of Floor Supervisors who manage RBT scheduling, performance, coaching, and serve as the "first line of defense" to empower BCBAs to focus on their treatment and service goals. Floor Supervisors help to develop and mentor RBTs by providing the professional and technical skills necessary to perform exceptional services in collaboration with their BCBAs.
