We're on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As our Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly, efficiently, and with a smile. Your focus? People. Product. Profit. In that order

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and support department heads across the hotel
Build strong, positive relationships with your team through open communication and timely response of all items concerning their areas of supervision
Help set goals, create action plans, and celebrate progress
Monitor performance on a set schedule and report wins (and challenges) to the GM and their effect on profitability and stability of hotel operations
Keep our guests happy by ensuring a safe, high-quality experience from check-in to check-out

What You Bring to the Table:
Previous management and guest service experience

A positive attitude and attention to detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

A team-first mindset — you love collaboration

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Physical ability to stay active during your shift (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs)

1–2 years of leadership experience preferred

3–5 years in hospitality preferred

College degree a plus, but not required — we value experience and energy
