Cocktail Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Server to join our upscale dining and fun establishment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, take and serve beverage orders, and ensure a memorable experience for our guest. This role requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive. The Cocktail Server will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Serve cocktails, beverages, while ensuring proper presentation
• Upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and bowling area, including pre-bussing tables and communicating with bussers
• Support guest services by responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively through suggestive selling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Experience with serving, bussing, host/host duties, or food preparation is a plus

Salary= Base pay+ tip share
