Real Estate Assistant & Listing Manager
 to support sales operations and deliver a seamless experience from listing through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the listing process, including vendor coordination, photography, floor plans, repairs, and timelines
  • Prepare and manage listing documents and e-signatures with accuracy and compliance
  • Input and maintain listings in the MLS, including data entry and photo uploads
  • Coordinate professional photography, staging, signage, and marketing materials
  • Communicate with sellers to manage schedules, deadlines, and expectations
  • Maintain pre-listing checklists and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Prepare high-end marketing collateral aligned with brand standards
  • Assist with luxury open houses, events, and client appreciation experiences
  • Provide administrative support to the lead agent, including CRM/database management and reporting

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active NM Real Estate License required
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on the phone
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MLS, CRM, and marketing platforms
  • Calm, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys structured, checklist-driven work with high standards for accuracy
