Line Cook

Line Cooks work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.Key Responsibilities:

· Ability to grille and/or saute

· Ability to handle knives

· Ability to operate kitchen equipment

· Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table

· Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety

· Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations

· Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)

· Meet special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards

· Prepare high quality food items to order for our guests

Personal Requirements:

· Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform.

· Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude

· Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively within a team

· Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

· Continuous use of hands and arms

· Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Prep Cook

Prep Cooks work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ability to handle knives

· Ability to operate kitchen equipment

· Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation

· Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer

· Follow prep list

· Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)

· Prepare every food item to recipe

· Properly clean and maintain equipment

· Supply and assist Line Cooks and Pantry in maintaining proper levels

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
